Look at this beautiful cobalt Dresden porcelain charger with a hand-painted scene of lovers. There is profuse gilding around the painting of lovers. It was made by the decorator Richard Klemm in Dresden around 1896-1906. It has an intricate fluted border. It is 11.75 inches in diameter.
